They are seeking an Intern – Associate, Investment Products and Platforms to support day-to-day tasks, assist with trading support, and contribute to various projects within the team.
Responsibilities
UMA onboarding support
Provide trading support, including identifying and addressing trading errors, updating models in Croesus, and supporting the management of SMA and UMA accounts
Review new deposits, classify securities, and perform account setup validations
Participate in content management on Wealthlink, including updates, distribution of reports, and continuous improvement of published material
Provide operational and analytical support, including managing the IPP inbox, supporting advisor requests, and contributing to UMA projects by identifying efficiency opportunities, including the use of AI tools
Perform other related duties
Qualification
Required
Is currently pursuing a university degree in a related field
Is recognized for strong written and verbal communication skills
Stands out for rigor in task execution
Demonstrates a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Is known for their strong analytical skills
Has intermediate to advanced knowledge of commonly used tools, including Excel and Bloomberg, and is comfortable using Copilot
Has an advanced level of English proficiency, as the role involves communicating verbally and in writing, collaborating on projects, and interacting with unilingual English-speaking colleagues on a daily basis
