They are seeking a Corporate Leasing Team Asset Management Intern to gain hands-on experience in the REIT profession while assisting with the management of a commercial retail real estate portfolio.
Responsibilities
Assist with the management of a multibillion-dollar commercial retail real estate portfolio
Collaborate in the review and evaluation of proposals and offers received.
Conduct financial analysis and present to the team.
Create market maps and aerials, memorandums, and other ad hoc projects.
Perform market comparable research for valuation estimates.
Support the lease negotiation process as needed, including the preparation of term sheets.
Support high-impact special projects that enhance the value and performance of the company’s portfolio.
Respond to unsolicited brokers and other outside inquiries.
Qualification
Required
Student who will be a rising Senior during the summer of 2026 pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
Analytical, critical thinker, creative problem solver, enjoys learning
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to foster strong, collaborative relationships and communicate effectively at all levels
Demonstrated integrity and commitment to the highest ethical standards and personal values
Preferred
Emphasis in finance or real estate
Minimum GPA of 3.2
