The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Intern for the Fall 2026 term. This internship offers real-world experience in financial and business operations, where you'll apply analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making and contribute to problem-solving initiatives.
Responsibilities
Collaborate cross-functionally to understand key business drivers and deliver data, analytics, and insights that inform decision-making
Generate reporting and ad-hoc data analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities across multiple lines of business
Create and maintain data visualization dashboards (Power BI or similar tools) to deliver insights and enable internal efficiencies
Contribute to the development and optimization of data processes and workflows
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with strong technical capabilities across the Microsoft Office suite
Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection, analysis and reporting to drive insights and outcomes
A combination of academic proficiency, quantitative skills, and advanced written and oral communications skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
Proactive self-starter with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
An understanding of statistical modeling techniques and forecasting methodologies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, collaborate effectively, and contribute to a team-oriented environment
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
Fully available from Monday - Friday, 40 hours each week, during traditional business hours
Able to provide own housing and transportation for the duration of the internship program in the Anaheim, CA area
Preferred
Prior experience developing impactful presentation decks to communicate insights, summarize analyses, and support business recommendations
Prior experience with tools such as SAP, Power Query or VBA, SQL, Tableau or Power BI
