They are seeking a full-time Finance & Operations Intern to support financial and operational tasks, providing a valuable opportunity to learn about finance, operations, and real estate investing.
Responsibilities
- Help build and/or update dashboards and reports that support the operations and finance team
- Assist with the distribution process for our investors, ensuring returns gained from investments is accurately distributed to investors on time
- Maintain and clean up data in various places
- Coordinate cross-functionally to execute daily tasks related to investment and investor operations
- Support other team tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
- Is an undergraduate senior
- Is studying a relevant discipline like business, economics, finance, etc.
- Has previous work or internship experience using Microsoft Excel
- Prides themselves on being extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Interested in learning more about real estate investing and how startups run
