WTW is a leading global advisory, broking, and solutions company, and they are seeking interns for their Summer Internship Program. This 8-week program provides undergraduate students with hands-on experience in the insurance industry, focusing on Alternative Risk Transfer solutions and offering exposure to various client-facing projects.
Responsibilities
Preparing presentation and marketing materials
Client and risk research
Submission creation using Broking Platform
Liaising with markets
Analyzing exposures using Willis proprietary modelling tools
Negotiating quotations
Quote evaluation
Providing advice to clients
Qualification
Required
Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with a target graduation date of May 2028
Working towards a Business, Risk Management, or Finance, or similar analytical degree
Eligible candidates must be going into their Senior year in Fall 2027
Minimum of 3.0 GPA or higher
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Excellent presentation skills, analytically driven and detail oriented
Aptitude to learn and be proactive
Proficient in time management
Intermediate to proficient Microsoft Excel user; Power BI experience is a plus
Able to work legally in the United States indefinitely and without Visa sponsorship
