Responsibilities
Process, validate and analyze statistical data and produce reports to be used as a basis for actuarial work or for meeting specific business needs
Participate in the various activities specific to the work team (product pricing, production analyses, provisions, financial forecasting, etc.) by applying standard actuarial principles
Produce computer reports and make improvements as needed using various programs and software (SAS, R, Python, SQL, VBA, Excel and Access)
Share knowledge and explain basic actuarial principles to peers
Participate in our comprehensive mentorship and actuarial onboarding programs
Receive actuarial exam support through study days and study aids

Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (or Master's, if applicable) in actuarial sciences, mathematics, statistics, finance or economics, or any combination of equivalent education and experience
Available to work with us full-time, 35 hours per week, for Fall 2026 (September to December)
Must be an actively enrolled student during your internship and/or returning to school in the semester following your internship
1-2 CAS/SOA exams completed is considered an asset
Computer skills (SAS, VBA, R, Python) and good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
