Precision Castparts is a metal manufacturing company that specializes in proving aerostructures and airfoils. They are seeking participants for a two-year rotational Finance Development Program designed for recent graduates to prepare them for leadership roles in Manufacturing Accounting and Finance.
Responsibilities
This two-year, rotational program is specifically designed for recent graduates and/or graduating seniors.
First year members will be placed at one of our PCC facilities learning the foundations of Manufacturing Accounting and Finance which include but are not limited to: general accounting, cost accounting, financial analysis, and strategic improvements.
Second year members will be placed at another PCC location navigating into a strategic role which will participate in capital acquisitions, financial planning, budgeting, Internal Audit/SOX and system implementations.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor’s Degree in a field of study such as: Business Administration, preferably Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 12 credit hours of accounting
Prior co-op or internship experience
Club, organization or activity involvement in a leadership capacity
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
High level of interest in management, leadership roles
Must be a U.S. Person
Must be willing to relocate (program roles located in various locations in the US only)
