Charles River Laboratories is an early-stage contract research organization committed to improving health and well-being globally. They are seeking a Corporate Tax Intern to support the Corporate Tax team in preparing international tax filings and conducting research on tax compliance and reform.

Responsibilities

Support the Corporate Tax team in preparing international tax filings required to accompany the federal income tax return
Assist in developing new schedules and workpapers to reflect updates to U.S. tax compliance requirements
Conduct research on international tax matters, changes to U.S. tax compliance rules, and developments in U.S. tax reform

Qualification

Required

Student currently enrolled in an accredited college/university degree program pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Tax, or some other related discipline
Completion of Sophomore year
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Effective communication and listening skills in a teamwork environment
Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects with a strong attention to detail
Must be authorized to work in the United States without a sponsor visa
